We have been busy this Fall off-season! So many things have changed this year, partly due to the global pandemic limiting the number of customers allowed to shop in person, but also because we made the decision to upgrade HOOK’s Point Of Sale system to Shopify. Transitioning to Shopify from the old POS has not been easy, nor has it been much fun, to be honest! However, we are very excited to be able to provide our customers with a better shopping experience in store and online.

New Website

For those not not able to browse the Main Street location in downtown Telluride, you can now shop online! Our new website is directly integrated with our Main Street location inventory which means most of our products will be available online and orders will fulfill faster than ever. We also offer in-store pick order pickup for all orders and shopping on Facebook and Instagram.

In-Store Upgrades 

• Customer Profiles -  Shop in the store to create a customer profile or set one up online by clicking sign-in/join on the top right corner of your screen! This is very useful for helping return items when you’ve misplaced the receipt or for easy reorders of products you love. 
• Tap or Chip - We now accept contactless payments and chip cards. 
• Gift Cards - We can now sell digital gift cards. Gift cards are now able to be redeemed at our Main Street location and on our website. Add a gift card to your Apple Wallet to make checkout a breeze.
